*Registration desk will be open at all times. Unregistered participants will not be allowed on track.

*Signing up for the sprint race will be avalible for the whole day on SATURDAY and until the lunch break on SUNDAY.

*Briefing is mandatory for all participants.

*The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule.

*От петък вечерта ще бъде налична нощна охрана на пистата - ще има възможност да оставите моторите си да нощуват на пистата.

*Night security will be available at the track from Friday evening - there will be an opportunity to leave your bikes overnight on the track.

*Организаторите на събитието ще бъдат на пистата за ранна регистрация от петък в 15:00 часа до 19:00.

*Event organizers will be on site for early registration from Friday at 15:00 until 19:00.

*Overnight stay at the track

  • Overnight stay in a vehicle/tent at the Track – Serres: Visitors who wish to stay overnight either in their vehicle or in a tent have the option of staying overnight on the Track – Serres area at one of the following:

    • Parking area located behind the stands, which are a stable structure, at a cost of €15 per night per vehicle/tent.

    • Parking area for racing vehicles (paddocks), at a cost of €25 per night per vehicle/tent.

  • Note: Paddocks are only permitted in cases where night security is provided at the Track.

  • Both of the above-mentioned areas have infrastructure with water, electricity and sanitary facilities.

  • Overnight stays are paid for at the Track reception.

  • Those staying are obliged to respect the environment and the cleanliness of the surrounding area.

*Нощуване на пистата

  • Нощувка в превозно средство/палатка на Писта – Серес: Посетителите, които желаят да нощуват или в превозното си средство или в палатка, имат възможността да останат на площта на Писта – Серес през нощта на някоя от следните:

    • Площ за паркиране, намираща се зад трибуните, които са стабилен строеж, на стойност 15€ на нощувка, на превозно средство/палатка.

    • Площ за паркиране на състезателни превозни средства (paddocks), на стойност 25€ на нощувка, на превозно средство/палатка.

  • Забележка: Ноувката на paddocks е разрешена само в случаите, когато е осигурена нощна охрана на Пистата.

  • И на двете по-горе споменати площи на разположение е инфраструктура с вода, ел.ток и санитарни съоръжения.

  • Нощувките се заплащат на рецепцията на Пистата.

  • Осъществяващите престой са задължени да уважават околната среда и чистотата на околното пространство.
